Agnes brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry and a rich professional background in technology, operations, and client support to her role as Senior Client Services Associate. Before entering financial services in 2005, she spent 20 years with General Motors and Electronic Data Systems, where she led teams in data management, customer service, and business analysis.
Agnes holds a degree in Computer Science and Technology with a minor in Business from Purdue University and completed postgraduate studies at IUPUI. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, dedication to client relationships, and commitment to helping individuals and families navigate their financial goals with confidence.
Active in the Indianapolis community for many years, Agnes has served in leadership and volunteer roles with the Indy Asian American Times, the Indiana Association of Chinese Americans, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art (Newfields). Originally from Hong Kong, she and her husband, David, now reside in Zionsville and enjoy traveling, classical music, and the arts.
